We have a long history in Guitar Playing and Wedding Entertainment
The Romantic Guitar Agency was founded in the late 1990's by Christian singer/songwriter Andrew Gonoude, himself a professional classical guitarist and Church worship leader, with over 20 years playing and performing experience.
He started playing for free in restaurants and for church charities, and soon found himself being asked to play at Birthday Parties and Weddings. He started working part time as a wedding guitarist, and eventually began turning customers away more and more each year as he became over-booked, especially during the busy wedding season.
Consequently, Andrew set up a business network between 2 or 3 guitarists whom he had met at wedding exhibitions. We now have more than 100 artists, singers, dancers, playing at events all over the UK and also oversees in Spain and other parts of Europe and the Middle East.
The Agency continues to grow in popularity among increasing numbers of brides and Corporate Business clients. In 2004, we were officially incorporated into a Limited Company, The Romantic Guitar Agency Ltd, registered in England & Wales no. 5153742. Also incorporated is The Classical Guitar Agency Ltd, registered in England & Wales no. 6552497, now fully owned and operated The Romantic Guitar Agency Ltd.

All our guitarists are seasoned professionals who, between them, have played at many hundreds, perhaps thousands of weddings. Some of them have also produced their own CD's which you can play on this website. As a result, many hopeful applications have been refused in the process. As the customer, this fact ought to give you confidence, that whichever guitarist you hire, you will have a dedicated and experienced professional for your event.
